Zoom Psychedelic Integration

4 Week Journey

I run a donation-based drop-in psychedelic integration circle every other Sunday. This powerful Zoom session is an opportunity to learn more and get the most out of working with these medicines. Please email me here for details.

I believe that community support is an integral part of processing any transformative experience. I also run a tailored, tight-knit 4-week integration group program. This 4-week journey will connect you with others who are integrating psychedelic and plant medicine journeys and explore remaining questions and feelings as well as build a supportive and fun community. It also includes integrative practices and takeaways. We meet once a week for 1.5 hours, and the total cost is $65.

We will discuss what comes up naturally for the group, but topics can include:

What does ideal integration look like? What’s holding me back?
What changes have I made and do I want to make based on my experience(s)?
Should I use more/ different psychedelics?
How do I speak to others in my life about this?
How do I make meaning of my journey?
How can I develop spiritually from this experience?
