Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelics are not a substitute for faith. They are a door to authentic faith, born of encountering directly the sacred dimension of everyday experience. This is not the only gate to that discovery, but it is the most ancient and universal, and potentially the most accessible to the majority of the human race
— Rick Doblin

Whether you’re new to psychedelics or a seasoned journeyer, everyone can benefit from integration support.  Perhaps you’ve recently had a powerful psychedelic journey and are seeking help to digest what you saw and felt.  Maybe you’ve read Michael Pollan's How to Change Your Mind, and you’re feeling called to have an experience that might benefit your mental health, but don’t know where to begin.

You’re in the right place.

Psychedelic integration supports journeyers to maximize the benefits and minimize the risks of psychedelic use. In coaching, we can explore whether a psychedelic journey is appropriate for you; how to prepare and set intentions; and how to ground, make meaning, and implement change afterward. Integration is the foundation of any meaningful work with these compounds. Because psychedelics work on our brains, bodies, and psyches, the time after a psychedelic experience is rich with the potential to make lasting changes in our life. Many people find psychedelic journeys expand their sense of what is possible and open them to greater spiritual connection. However, psychedelics can only accelerate our healing if we are ready and supported in doing the work.

Experiencing incredible insights in such a short time can sometimes be stressful to integrate alone upon returning to ‘normal life.’ If we don’t want our realizations to fade, it’s vital to consciously create positive change and break free of old ways of thinking or behaving. While the psychedelic journey is often described as ten years of insight in one night, it doesn’t always equate to ten years worth of change.  Coaching can help bridge this gap.

I incorporate knowledge of meditation, plant medicines, and somatic work to help clients let go, trust the process, and safely use these substances whether microdosing or macrodosing.  I’m certified in psychospiritual integration and have trained on psychedelics with Fluence, Psychedelics Today, and mentors with decades of experience.   I also have many years of navigating psychedelic space and have worked with ayahuasca, iboga/ibogaine, mushrooms, LSD, MDMA, kambo, San Pedro, bufo and other medicines.

Why Coaching?

You have so much unlocked wisdom and power inside of you already. Having a dedicated, encouraging space just for you to explore and reflect on your life experience is incredibly powerful. This self-generated clarity can unlock your potential, and empower you to experiment, take risks, and follow inner guidance. Together, we’ll go deep with proven practices from my experience with conscious relating, Biodynamic Breathwork, and Somatic Experiencing.  I’ve spent thousands of hours learning how to foster deep growth, stay accountable to goals and expand consciousness. Coaching is incredible because we get to bring our wisdom together with curiosity about your life, who you are, and what unique gifts you have for the world.
